The Tunisian Institute for Peace and Conflict Studies (TIPCS) is a non-profit civil society organization established in accordance with Tunisian law. Our organization is committed to full transparency and legal compliance in all operations.

Legal Framework
TIPCS operates under the following legal frameworks:

Primary Governing Law: Decree-Law 2011-88 of September 24, 2011, related to the organization of associations in Tunisia.

Regulatory Supervision: TIPCS operates directly under the authority of the Presidency of the Government of the Tunisian Republic, through the General Secretariat of the Government for Associations and the General Directorate of Associations and Political Parties.

Financial Regulations: Subject to Law No. 2018-52 of October 29, 2018, related to the national registry of institutions.

Tax Status: Non-profit status under Tax Code Article 46 as amended (Page 87 and following).

Employment Compliance: In accordance with the Tunisian Labor Code: Law No. 66-27 of April 30, 1966, as amended.
