Accessibility statement
How we try to make this site usable by everyone, what we checked, and what is still to do.
Our commitment
TIPCS wants everyone to be able to read this site, whether they use a screen reader, a keyboard, a phone or a slow connection. We aim for the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA, in English, French and Arabic.
What we have done
A skip-to-content link on every page; one main heading per page; keyboard-reachable menus and forms; visible focus; text alternatives for images; language and text direction (left-to-right or right-to-left) declared for each language; a layout that adapts to phone screens. On 25 October 2026 we ran an automated check (axe, WCAG 2.0 and 2.1 A and AA) on 17 pages at desktop and phone width and it found no violations.
Known limits
Automated checks find only part of the problems. We have not yet had the site reviewed by people who use assistive technology. French and Arabic texts are recent and still being reviewed by native readers. Some documents we publish as PDF files may not be fully accessible.
Tell us about a barrier
If you cannot use part of this site, write to Contact@tipcs.org or call +216 95 137 237. Tell us the page and what went wrong, and we will give you the information in another form.
