Membership
At the 2025 Assembly TIPCS presented how it will open its doors wider to young people, universities and civil society. Membership terms will be published here. In the meantime, write to us to register your interest.
Careers and internships
TIPCS is a small institute with a large network of young researchers, trainers and volunteers. We recruit for specific roles and offer internships and fellowships that give people real responsibility.
No position is open at the moment. We welcome speculative applications, and every application sent through the form below is read.

Applications were reviewed on a rolling basis and only shortlisted candidates were contacted. New roles are announced here, on LinkedIn and on our Facebook page. When a role is open, write to HR@tipcs.org and put the reference code in the subject line.
Typical requirements: an advanced degree in a relevant field, fluent Arabic and French, good English (B2 or better), and a CV in English and French with three references, a one-page writing sample and a motivation letter of up to two pages.
What we look for
- Curiosity about peace, dialogue and the Mediterranean
- Strong written Arabic, French or English, and ideally two of the three
- Experience of association, community or campus work is valued

- We reply by email. Shortlisted candidates are contacted for an interview.

Tenders and calls for proposals
TIPCS publishes calls for tenders (CFT n/yy) and calls for expressions of interest (CEOI/yy). Each notice states its subject, the documents required, the closing date and the address where offers must be submitted.
