Governance and transparency

How TIPCS is governed, and how it accounts to its members and the public.

General Assembly

Members meet in an Annual General Assembly. It approves the narrative and financial reports and, in elective years, elects the Board of Directors. In 2023 the reports were read publicly and representatives of Tunisian governorates took part in an open discussion. The 2025 Assembly was held in Monastir on 25–26 October.

Board of Directors and Wise Council

The Board is elected by the General Assembly. A Wise Council of senior members advises the institute. Members are listed on the People page when TIPCS publishes them.

Reports and accounts

TIPCS presented its Narrative Report 2024, its Financial Report 2024 and a progress report for January to October 2025 at the 2025 Assembly. These documents will be published here once TIPCS releases them. A favourable audit outcome for the Mo.S.Ca.Clim. Kairouan project was announced in press release PR1/24.

Legal status

TIPCS is an association under Tunisian law, registered in the Official Gazette (JORT).
