Youth Leaders and the 2026–30 Strategy

Young leaders turned focus-group findings into policy asks, pilot actions and monitoring tools for TIPCS’s 2026–2030 strategy.

What happened

At the Annual General Assembly 2025 in Monastir, youth focus groups facilitated by Dr Walid Wardi and Dr Ghada Abdelbari of ISAM Kasserine, TIPCS’s academic partner, worked on four questions: lowering barriers to youth participation, climate-linked tensions and ECT micro-solutions, digital tools for dialogue, and arts and culture as safer intergenerational spaces.

Pilots planned for 2026: dialogue labs in three sites, two ECT field tests and an annual digital peace challenge. Policy asks include youth seats in councils, safe reporting channels and green campus charters.

Wording drafted from TIPCS’s own posts; to be reviewed by TIPCS.
