Brings the UNESCO Culture for Peace agenda to Mediterranean and North African realities, through the Cultural Studies Department.

What happened

At AGA25, Prof. Oliver P. Richmond of the University of Manchester, co-author with Dr Mohsen Gharsallah of the UNESCO “Report of the Independent Expert Group on Culture for Peace” used as an orientation note at MONDIACULT 2025, argued that culture is an entry point to peace, not a decoration of it.
