Funding and independence
TIPCS is independent and nonpartisan. No funder decides what our research finds or whether it is published. We publish foreign funding within one month, do not accept anonymous, cash or crypto-asset gifts, and screen donors and partners against sanctions lists (see the Sanctions and due diligence policy). Receipts and payments pass through the TIPCS bank or post-office account only.
How to give or fund
Gifts and membership dues are received by bank transfer to the TIPCS account only; we do not take card or online payments. Donors and funders should write to Contact@tipcs.org for the account details, which we send from our official address, with a reference to quote. Be careful of any message that gives different bank details: confirm with us first. Institutional funders can propose a grant, a partnership or a commissioned study through the contact form or the Partner with us page.
Verification requests
Donors, banks, auditors and authorities can ask us to confirm our registration, accounts, signatories or any statement on this site. Write to Contact@tipcs.org with “Verification request” in the subject; we aim to reply within 5 working days.
